The Sacred Heart Dental Clinic Dentist in Caloocan City

This is my review of my trip & treatment at the Sacred Heart dental clinic in Manila in 2010.
I decided on getting my dental work done in the Philippines as I was already going there.

The first thing you need to decide on what level of clinic you are happy with.
In the Philippines you can go to dentists that charge the same as Western dentists.
One of the reasons I choose the Scared Heart dental clinic is because of the prices they charge.

I choose the Scared Heart dental clinic to get my work done as they had the best reviews from Westerners on the net.
I am glad I did choose them as it was not until I saw the X-Ray of my teeth that I realized how bad my teeth were.

Most of the patients at the Scared Heart dental clinic were Australian or Kababayan.

My dentist Dr. Frederick William R. Garcia - Specialty - Cosmetic Dentistry, Endodontic & Periodontics was great.

I had crowns fitted on all my upper teeth & a bridge crown.

I had a broken tooth pulled & Dr Garcia did a much better job than the Western dentists I had been going to.
I now realize how incompetent my dentists in New Zealand have been.
I have had teeth pulled in New Zealand & the dentists here did not do a great job compared to Dr Garcia.

Some of the  nurses at the Scared Heart dental clinic in Manila were student dentists.
Some had finished their training & were just waiting for jobs.
The clinic is attracted to a teaching hospital. The wife of the owner of the clinic is a professor at this hospital.

I have had no problems with my new crowns.

I have been going to dentists since I was 5 years old & it has taken me this long for find a dentist
I am happy with.

such a great job.

Please do not be put off by the location of the Scared Heart clinic in Manila.
It is in a residential street which can be of putting to Westerner eyes.
The inside of the clinic is fine. The equipment is a bit dated but it works fine.
